Wholesale investors are deemed to have the financial sophistication and capacity to handle more complex investment opportunities compared to retail investors.

To become a wholesale investor, you must meet the criteria defined under Australian law. You’ll need to consult with your accountant, for them to complete and sign the Accountant’s Certificate. Our team can guide you through the process however, it is your responsibility to get your Accountant’s Certificate from your accountant to be able to invest in any of our wholesale funds.
